My 2020 Tesla Model 3 had a loud humming and roaring noise while driving. Matt quickly diagnosed the problems and found issues with the front wheel bearings and two control arms. The repairs included replacing the wheel bearings, replacing two control arms, and completing a wheel alignment.

Matt was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. He replied to my messages quickly and was especially helpful in communicating directly with my extended warranty company. Warranty claims can sometimes be complicated, but Matt handled the communication and paperwork very efficiently, and the repair was completed successfully.

The price was also much more reasonable than I expected compared with going to the dealership.

After the repair, the car drives extremely well. The noise is gone, and the suspension and handling feel almost like new again.

Thank you, Matt and the VOLTution team, for the excellent service. Good and honest EV repair shops deserve to be known by more people.

I wrote them to get an assessment of the battery on. Y 3016 Nissan LEAF, and they responded within an hour and fit me in that same day. Michael did the battery assessment while I waited, at the price he quoted, gave ne a detailed printout, and then explained the results to me in plain terms, very patiently answering all my questions.

In addition, he gave me advice on my failed AC system and is going to follow up to get a full diagnosis. It was a totally positive experience and I’m looking forward to dealing with Michael and VOLTution in future!

He reviewed all diagnostic info from the dealer (who could not confirm the issue) before taking on the repair, searched for a month for a used part to keep costs lower, installed the part, was able to rule it out and return the unneeded part, did not charge us despite hours of effort, and advised on next steps.

Excellent communication and patience, excellent expertise, and I would highly recommend for anyone with an EV.

Concerned about the purchase sight unseen, I looked for a 3rd party to perform inspection.

Malak delivered comprehensive mechanical report and shared insight into the electrical systems. The report was priced fairly and performed quickly. Transaction was easy considering I was a few hours away.

I brought a Chevy Bolt here for a pre-purchase inspection. They were super responsive and prompt in getting me in. Did a thorough analysis, provided me with a detailed reports, answered all of my questions, and provided great advice.
